A policy PDF is not compliance. Evidence is.

Most teams have read the Act and written a policy. Fewer can show, on demand, which AI tools are in use, who is using them, and what controls apply. That gap is where Northbeams works. AI-literacy duties (Article 4) have applied since 2 February 2025, and the general application, including the deployer and transparency duties, lands on 2 August 2026.
